Despite his veteran age, Abaka has a strong physical condition, and he works hard for every round in fights, utilising pressure very well.
The middleweight achieved qualification for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing after finishing second in the AIBA African Qualification, and still feels he has more to prove at the international stage.
In the last Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Abaka reached the quarter-finals where he lost against eventual champion Anthony Fowler.
The Kenyan is full of confidence after winning a bronze medal in the World Military Games, and he will have to use all of his experience and quality if he wants to surprise and become APB World Champion.
